The pre-renovation inspection is an initial review consultation to assess property structure with respect to the work planned by home owner. Usually it takes less than 3 hours and does not include a written report.

Review of plans (with existing plans), detailed structural analysis, and recommendations for improvements. This will include a written report.

This includes the ‘Pre-renovation review’ and is followed by Martyn providing a preliminary outline drawing of the existing house and options for the planned renovation design. This can also be followed by detailed drawings, scope of work, specifications, & permits required. These can only be quoted after the initial consultation.
